At PinkyDoll.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, and that all tags and labels are attached. We will process your refund or exchange once we receive the returned product. Please note that the shipping charges for returning the product will be borne by you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges only for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized products unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
